🌀 How to Use Your Jivro Ab Roller
Get the most out of your daily 10-minute core session:
1. Set Up
Find a flat, open space. Place a mat underneath for comfort and knee protection.
2. Get in Position
Kneel on the mat, grip the handles firmly, and align your shoulders over the roller. Engage your core before starting.
3. Roll Out
Slowly extend forward, keeping your back straight and abs tight. Go as far as you can without losing form.
4. Roll Back
Engage your core and slowly return to the starting position. Control the movement—don’t rush.
